  • The deadline for online questionnaire submissions for employees being tested at our mobile units is a week prior to the start of the job. Be aware that we cannot access any forms after the deadline on the mobile units and paper copies will need to be completed.

Employers who require drug and alcohol (substance abuse) testing send employees to Alliance Health Resources for screening. We provide the following tests:

  • Urine Alcohol Screens
  • Breath Alcohol Tests
  • Hair Follicle Testing
  • DOT Drug And Alcohol Screening
  • Synthetic And Designer Drug Screens

These tests are often conducted for new hires/pre-employment, random employee testing, post accident screening and reasonable suspicion.

We can provide drug screen collections, alcohol testing and hair follicle collections for a number of third party consortiums. Please contact our office more information.
